Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 8d88 platform. This is a legally binding agreement between you and us.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 8d88 platform and any person ("User" or "you") who uses its services. By accessing or using any service provided through the 8d88 website, app, or any other channel, you fully agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to register and operate an account on the 8d88 platform:

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Account Registration

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, all accounts will be closed immediately and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in account termination. Any changes to personal information must be reported to the support team without delay.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, you must immediately notify our live chat support.

Please note: 8d88 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any such request is fraudulent.

Operating or selling an account through a third party is strictly prohibited. Account ownership is non-transferable.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 8d88 is ৳100, applicable equally for each payment method. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this timeframe may be extended in cases requiring identity verification or a security review.

  • Account verification must be fully completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawal funds will only be sent via the same method used for the original deposit.
  • 8d88 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

  • The minimum deposit to receive the bonus is ৳100.
  • Before withdrawing the bonus, the total amount (original deposit + bonus) must be wagered 15 times.
  • The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
  • The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

Each ongoing promotion and offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on each offer's page. General rules:

  • Multiple bonuses cannot be combined during a single promotion unless explicitly permitted.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and are for gaming use only.

5.3 VIP Program

8d88 operates a special loyalty program with five VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%), and Diamond (up to 1.2%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistent play and participation. The details and eligibility criteria for VIP benefits are subject to change.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on 8d88 are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and no party can predetermine any result.

6.2 Bet Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 8d88 reserves the right to set bet limits for any user.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical disruption occurs during a gaming session, 8d88 will work to resolve the issue promptly. If any bet remains incomplete due to a server outage or network problem, it will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

8d88 is not responsible for losses arising from third-party technical issues, such as an internet disconnection.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8d88 platform:

  • Gaming or transacting with funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
  • Attempting to gain bonus advantages by using multiple accounts.
  • Using any software, bot, macro, or automated method to operate games.
  • Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in games to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using fraudulent payment methods, such as chargebacks or fake transactions.
  • Collusion or match-fixing with other players.
  • Using a third party's account or payment method.
Consequences: If any such activity is proven, the account will be immediately terminated, all deposits and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 8d88

8d88 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  • If any provision of these Terms is violated.
  • If it is proven that registration was completed using false information.
  • If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
  • If identity verification fails or the user is uncooperative.
  • Due to regulatory or legal requirements.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time via live chat. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.
